What Would I Change About My First BBQ Smoker? – Danielle Dimovski of DivaQ BBQ

The next answer comes from Danielle Dimovski, known to all in the BBQ world as DivaQ, of DivaQ BBQ.  I have, on occasion, shared emails back and forth with her and have had the pleasure of speaking with DivaQ on Twitter about BBQ topics for time to time.  She was kind enough to take time out of her recent trip the South Carolina BBQ heartland for the 2011 NBBQA Conference & Trade Show to talk with us via a tweet.

Here’s Diva’s answer to what she might do differently if she had to buy her first BBQ smoker setup again:

I wouldn’t do anything differently. I bought a WSM (Weber Smokey Mountain) and still own it. Still love it. I call her my black beauty.

Short, but sweet, Diva.  I think we’re going to see more of the Weber Smokey Mountain cooker as we move forward through the answers received as part of this series.  By all accounts, they seem to have been a top favorite of BBQ Pros when they first began creating their great ‘cue.
