Gentlemen,

The Sam Smoker Pro will convert any your gas grill into a wood-fired grill, charcoal grill and a smoker pro. Also A pizza oven. Patented and National Winner BBQ Accessory of the HPBA show - 100% real deal; or return it.

It burns wood chips, small chunks, charcoal, pellets. It does it all. You can place one over each burner and smoke out the Hood.

Easy enough! Go to a BBQ smoker web site or store and get the wood chips that you would like to use, and take all the guts out of the BBQ. With a little bit of trial and error, you will be able to smoke most anything.
You will need some sort of grate or pan to hold the chips in . so measure and steal the closest thing you can from the wife's cupboard ....then go for it! ;)

If you're new to smoking meats, get a recipe/ book or search the web for the time required for whatever cut of meat you want to smoke. A good thermometer to monitor your progress is a must, as getting things too hot will cook the food not smoke it.

Good luck, and understand you will make some mistakes - but you will learn to smoke food very quickly .
