Team Unknown BBQ Announces New Corporate Sponsor

Hey Fine BBQ People… I’ve just been given the go ahead to announce publicly that Team Unknown BBQ has just earned a sponsorship position from Crown Royal.  

Adding Crown Royal Goodness to Friday Night Prep Action

Now we all know that the Team Unknown Cook Site is always poppin’ especially on Friday nights during cook prep.  Shoot, between Damien eating raw Ghost Chili Peppers, Steve cooking up wild boar that hey “might” have procured by means some would call nefarious, and Dorsey “strummin’ and sangin” so well he makes the Ghost of Hank Williams show up and join in – there’s always a sight to see.

Well, now you’ll see this bad ass banner and other proudly presented Crown Royal goodness added to the mix.  When asked about what he thought regarding the Crown Royal sponsorship, Jason Whitcomb (JW) made it clear…

Unknown BBQ is honored and very excited that Crown Royal has chosen to sponsor our team.  This is a huge day for our us and for competition BBQ in general.  

And that’s what it’s all about, right?  Competition BBQ has always been where it’s at.  The world is really starting to take notice thanks to shows like BBQ Pitmasters and the like.  Anytime Pro BBQ gets this kind of bump, it presents a rising to the tide that lifts all our ships.
