My Dad is a true blue member of the Holiday Rambler RV club, and he loves the down home taste of smoked BBQ.  I just came across th Cobb Premier Portable Stainless Steel Grill and Smoker recently, and I think it’s going on his Christmas list for sure!  Not suitable in my eyes for at home use – as you’d best have an Ugly Drum Smoker, Weber Water Smoker, or Big Baby smoker handy  -  this one seems perfect for the ‘cuer on the go!

Basically, the Cobb Grill can be used as a smoker by adding soaked wood chips to the small charcoal compartment.  This baby is perfect for on the go cooking.   It’s portable, has a “cool to the touch” base – even when fully hot, and can achieve quickly smoked food via its convection style cooking method!
