I’m stoked!  Now that I’ve gone through the KCBS BBQ Competition Judging Certification Course, I’m on the list to attend the January 16,2010 Florida Bar-B-Que Association Judging Class in Boca Raton, FL.  This particular class is limited to 24 attendees, and space is filling up fast!

If you want to judge FBA sanctioned competitions, you must attend one of these courses.  With the 2010 competition set rolling in very soon, getting this class under your belt is a great idea for any local Florida Barbecue enthusiast!
