Congrats Hot Wachula’s BBQ Team and Welcome New Members

I wanted to send a quick shout out to you all to let you know that my good friend Matt Barber – Pitmaster of the Hot Wachula’s BBQ Team recently took Grand Champion at the 2012 Historic Cocoa Village’s BBQ & Blues Competition in beautiful Cocoa, FL.

NEAR PERFECT BRISKET SCORE IN COCOA!!!

One table took the honors of a near perfect Brisket Score away from Matt this go ’round, but as fortune would have it – our good friends David and Stephanie Kimbrough of All Racked Up BBQ (http://www.allrackedupbbq.com/about-us/) DID get a perfect 200 score on their brisket.
