Help Cripple Creek Barbeque Get to Eat Street
(Please leave a comment below!)
I’m writing this post to request that all of our readers consider giving anything they can to help support John and Stacy Lynch of Cripple Creek Barbeque and their dream of one day rolling through Colorado in an honest to goodness BBQ Food Truck. Folks… Cripple Creek Barbeque is on a mission from God. I truly believe this.
Not only do John and Stacy make one hell of a BBQ Sauce and some tasty rub blends, but they are all about supporting the “Slow Food” movement – doing things in organic and sustainable ways. As a testament t this face, just yesterday while on the chat for Greg Rempe’s BBQ Central Radio Show, John told us he recently got his current restaurant employer to move away from CAB burgers and switch to grass fed beef instead. He says the flavor is so much better, and having recently tried my hand at a batch of grass fed beef hamburgers, I have to agree.

John and Stacy have a Kickstarter campaign that is soon coming to an end. They’ve raised an amazing $6,235 from only 80 backers, but are still way short of the $12,000 they need to get their food truck rolling. They have 16 days left and no money is pledged in “real dollars” unless their total goal is met.
So – I invite you all to read up on what John and Stacy Lynch at Cripple Creek Barbeque are up to. Then, if your budget allows, I ask you to consider throwing a few shekels into the Cripple Creek Barbeque Paypal Account. If you pledged an amount on Kickstarter and the deadline comes and goes, please consider donating that amount directly to them.
