The Florida Barbecue Guide on Facebook

OK folks, it’s no secret.  I love BBQ.  Living in Florida, I want to one day know of and get to know of and get to know all of the key Florida Barbecue cook teams and authentic (non-chain) BBQ joint owners in our state.

I also want to help promote BBQ in general, though participation in organizations like the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) and the Florida Bar-B-Que Association (FBA).

As a testament to this, I’ve just started up a Florida Barbecue Guide page on Facebook.

Do You Have a BBQ Blog?  Florida focused or Otherwise? I’ll Promote it on Facebook!

That’s right.  It has come to my attention that those writing about BBQ here in Florida and abroad tend to have tightly woven audiences.  I want to do what I can to expand the audience for your BBQ Blog – whether it be a Florida focused one or not.

How to Get Your Blog on My Florida Barbecue Guide Facebook Page

The best way to get on my Florida Barbecue Guide Facebook page is to get it loaded into the Networked Blogs Application on Facebook.  The Facebook App Page for NWB is here.

Thus far, I’ve only found a handful of BBQ Bloggers who are on Networked Blogs and regularly update their stuff.  They are listed as follows:

This effort may not go far… and I’ll do what I can to find other ways to promote BBQ and those who write about it.
