Florida Bar-B-Que Association Judging Classes

The Florida Bar-B-Que Association (FBA) is the State of Florida’s main BBQ competition sanctioning body, hosting more than 30 events each year.  There are three different FBA judging classes being offered in the coming months, and you if you live Florida and love great BBQ, you should definitely consider signing up for one.

Me?  Well, I’m going to be at the 2011 FBA Fun Cook in Cleremont, FL on Saturday September 3, 2011.  If you want to get your certification as well, sign up on the website.  Chime in and let me know if you’re going, so I can stop and say hello to a fellow BBQ fan!

FBA Judging Class Schedule 

Judging classes for the Florida Bar-B-Que Association are posted on the official FBA website.  Here’s a list of the ones coming up in the foreseeable future.

• FBA Funcook, Clermont, FL – Saturday, September 3, 2011 – 8:30am
• Elba, AL – Thursday, November 10, 2011 – 6pm
• Venice, FL – Thursday, April 19, 2012 – 5:30pm
