Tuffy Stone experiments with a new recipe, something we saw Harry Soo do during the episode, as Myron says competition time ain’t for experimentin’.
Cooking skills, nerves and patience are tested at the historic Riverfest Barbecue Cookoff in Decatur, AL Pitmasters go smoker to smoker to see who will capture the $3,000 top prize.

Tonight’s episode of TLC’s BBQ Pitmasters promises to provide some fire and spice as Myron Mixon, Johnny Trigg, Harry Soo, Lee Ann Whippen, Tuffy Stone and the rest of the group compete at the Murphysboro Barbecue Cook-off – known as one of the toughest BBQ competitions out there.
Watch for Lee Ann and Myron to go head to head in the whole hog competition, while tempers flare between Johnny and one of the local competitors. Oh, and be on the lookout for some out of the box BBQ, as Harry Soo makes sushi!
