This is a question that goes straight to every BBQ Smoker or Grill enthusiast, isn’t it?  I mean come on.  What could give you more pleasure than to turn out top notch smoked ribs, brisket, or whole BBQ hog for your family on a grill that you made yourself!

While there are plenty of plans out there to make your own BBQ smoker or build your own BBQ grill, you’ll want to choose carefully.  Size and materials will obviously come into play where your location and budget are concerned.  Read up as much as you can, and choose wisely.
