		<description>For that many people you might have more fun doing something like pulled pork, which you can do in advance in your oven, put it in disposable aluminum pans and then reheat on the grill at your picnic destination.

If you have your heart set on grilling on an outdoor grill/pit, consider doing things like hot dogs and varieties of sausages that are actually pre-cooked (ask the guy behind the meat counter for help with this.) Undercooked burgers and chicken.</description>

What type of meat? That will determine cook times.  Best bet is to buy a meat thermometer and follow the internal temp chart....oh and don&#039;t burn your meat.....</description>
